Broadband needed?

Hi everyone, new here. I've just moved into a new property which has a telephone cable and the little white box (I think BT) but no telephone. It must have been disconnected as the house was repossesed from the previous occupants. What is the cheapest way for me to get broadband connected? I have to get a phone line in as I've just ordered for Sky to be installed also.

Ring BT and they will check their records. If they have previously supplied the property and no installation work is required, they should reconnect for free rather than the standard £125 installation charge. Read the threads about Sky BB to be rolled out soon if it's available where you live or see this thread depending on your needs.
