Well if its a private parking ticket, its completely unenforceable in law, they will not go anywhere near court with you, the easiest way to tell is if its got parking charge notice on there, and it has no council logo on there. Just ignore all letters from them. If it is a proper penalty charge notice come back as others can help you.Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!

Be aware,in Scotland, there are some instances where council CEO's can issue tickets for blue badge offences even on private land. Thoroughly check to see if this applies, if not , as previously said ignore.I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0
