Sky tv new customer con

Has anyone else had to wrangle with SKY TV, having been promised if they switch from their existing supplier to SKY, that they would receive £50 of M&S or Tesco Vouchers within 28 days? Its 6 months down the line for me, and despite several chasers, and for that matter sincerest apologies in both e mail and letter form (why didn't the just put the vouchers in with the letter!?) still no vouchers. Don't let this sway you if you are thinking of switching, its all just a big con. Their helpline is also next to useless, when compared to Virgin Media; been bounced from department to department on several occasions, sometimes being on the phone for an hour at a time.

I've had nothing from them for introducing friends when they're supposed to send M&S vouchers or even new boxes. I stopped introducing anybody a long time ago. Been done over too many times.
