Haven't made huge progress through my list but mostly they are sunday to do things!!! (or so i tell myself!)

just spent a whopping £84 food shopping. So we have spent £115 already! Though i have really go almost everything we need apart from extra milk and veg. Obviously a few things will crop up but i am pleaed! We also went to a supermarket that is closing down to get the bargains. Got 2 months worth of pasta, DD1's cereal for 2 months , 2 months worth of orange juice, bargain tea bags and cheap marshmallows to use around the campfire while camping!!! Oh and at least 4 months worth of washing up liquid. All at clearance prices! So have £84 left as we have reduced this month budget to £200 from £220

I am going to try and save on the budget each month but £200 a month was my goal from the original £270 + we were spending. I don't want to lower this or we will end up comprimising on food. I will keep the bugdet at £200 and any savings will add to our overpayments

Right OH is cooking gammon, egg and chips! OMG smells good!! We have onion and cheese rolls which smell awesome!! :D Better get off to eat! x

    Gammon was gooooooooooooood!

Just signed up for Butlins bingo! Did my 2 free sctratches as it is a sunday and got a 50p on my second go!!

Though reading on the boards looks like they are clamping down on people who use them for scratches only  So i am thinking perhaps i will play one of two 10p games of bingo a week. Surely that won't class as 'taking advantage'?? Will have to see.

Right off to watch the race! :D

I'd just do it a couple of times a month Kel and see what happens, i've been doing it for ages and they've not done anything just yet. Great on the 50p - I love free money :D

Ooh I haven't read anything about them clamping down...

What you could do Kel is play the 1p bingo when they have it, I normally get an email saying that they are doing bingo tickets or scratchcards for a 1p minimum stake. Do a couple and at least it looks like you are taking part! You must have had the 50p that was earmarked for me this morning as I only got 2 x 10p :rotfl:

I lurveeeeeeeee Gammon, we have got honeyed Gammon for roast dinner today, yum! :T

    Enjoy the race :)

Well i have been a lazy girl today!! Hardly done anything!!! Though tomorrow i want to get up early for the cross trainer and a bike ride so tomorrow will be my kick up the !!! day!!

Just for fun i used 10p in the butlins bingo today to play a bingo game! And i WON £6.81!!!!!!! Woohoo i was so suprised! I never win anything!! So should be able to withdraw £10 in a few weeks when it is topped up with scratches!!! I'm not sure whether to add to xmas fund or debt clearing!

Right better get off to bed as i am tired now!!

    Still 2 more days off!!!

Well you'd need the whole set, it would look wrong without :rotfl: The last wedding list I saw had some right expensive stuff on it (wonder if anyone actually buys it?) so you could try lol

What did you think to the race? I loved the RBR crash (I'm blaming Webber though :rotfl: ) Shame Jenson couldn't sneak past Lewis though.
