With the emails, if you can get a print out also of the 'header' on each email, this shows the ip address the emails were sent from.......still doesn't prove who actually typed it though :( But I would gather as much of this type of info as possible - the more you have, the less room the pwc has to lie.

one trick is to photograph the child/ren in front of the tv with the EPG in full view. one at night, and one first thing in the morning.

    ...

EPG? What the f*£k does EPG mean?
When dealing with the CSA its important to note that it is commonly accepted as unfit for purpose, and by default this also means the staff are unfit for purpose.

Electronic Program Guide.. lol i've learnt something today!
Be who you are, say what you feel, those who mind don't matter, those who matter don't mind.
They say that talking to yourself is a sign of mental illness. So I talk to the cats instead.

REFUSE TO TAKE HIS OWN KIDS???? What absolutely trash advice! That'll make the kids feel really great won't it - refused the right to spend time with a parent?

It is no different to the PWC in this case wanting to dump the kids to have a life of her own :o.
I would say to the OP, take the cash difference at the time of the PWC dropping the child(ren) off, then it is resolved there and then :D

what i had to do was keep a diary when i had my girls, then i sent it too the csa and they contacted my ex and she basically said to them that anybody could write in a diary!! needless to say they believed her! my situation was that i have 2 girls with diff PWC's, i get them both the same amount of time and my eldest girls mum agreed with how often i get her and CSA reduced my payments but my youngest daughters mum said it wasn't an established pattern! Went to tribunal to be told that CSA work a year behind, so asked if i had my daughter for overnights from year before which i hadnt, so it got awarded against me. But when CSA awarded discount for my eldest they didnt backdate it for past year! One rule for one.....

And even now CSA still not got back to me about shred care for my youngest, so ive basically given up as it seems if you are a NRP they never believe you

Fathers Rights Protest Needs Your Support

    By admin | Published: 11/03/2010
On April 10th 2010 two double decker buses will take fathers around Oxford in England and stop outside Tory leader David Cameron’s house in aid of fathers rights.
This peaceful campaign started by New Fathers For Justice aims to raise awareness and highlight to the Tory leader the necessity for changes in the law, to allow for a presumption of Shared Parenting when parents separate.
This will also aid children’s rights and finally do something towards the poor record that the UK has towards family law and seperation.
