Or is it the most complicated service ever, staffed by incompetents? I placed my order yesterday, with a £10 off e voucher, came to £44. This morning, they've "pre-authorised" the full amount from my bank, £54, which sent me "pre-overdrawn". Also menat the few extra quid i'd left there to pay for an ebay item couldn't be…

when they pre auth my total i ring the actual 'money taking dept' they asked me not to post the number but its 0845 300 7770 (account services dept i think).they stop the pre auth there and then usually.but yup it sucks.

does my bum look big in this sig?
