    Poor you Rikki - maybe if you go to bed early and drink plenty of........wine then you should be fine by the morning:D

    Quick question - I have just bought a new breadmaker will I be able cook my bread with water or would stardrops be better:confused:

    I think you've got it wrong. Heat the water in a saucepan WITHOUT a lid and boil it to reduce the quantity by half. Cool and freeze. This will give you concentrated water (otherwise known as strong water). i do this with stock all the time. Then, when you unfreeze it( by any of the methods mentioned above, although it is best to let it thaw naturally), you can either use it in it's concentrated form, or dilute to taste.

    As long as the OP only has strong water .... and not heavy water. If that's the case, tell me where you'll be and I'll stay about 100 miles away :rotfl:

    Nels - you'd be better off using wine in your BM. After all, we wouldn't want you to have to go out specially JUST to buy water, would we? OS is about using what we already have......

    (ps the water comes out of that thing on the sink called a tap. You do actually HAVE one, well, 2 in your kitchen :rotfl:)

    I was joking.......:rotfl: me.......a breadmaker:rotfl: :rotfl: mind you if you can use wine maybe i need to think again:D

    Now i have a very serious question about a dish cloth i have in my cupboard...microfibre..............:confused: can i wipe up wine with it?

    You could refreeze it and skate on it but you might be skating in thin ice :rolleyes:
