Freeview mux 2

I have installed a freeview box and seem to be getting all channels except for the mux 2 channels. Is there anything I could to do try rectify the situation?

    Have you had them before, or is this the first time you have tried ...?

    It may be a weak signal on that particular goup that means you need the aerial alignment checked, or a better aerial.

    Its the first time. I live in a block of flats with a communal aerial, guess I will have to live without those channels> Thanks for your response Tony.

    You may find a different make of Freeview Receiver will work on all channels, some have more sensitive tuners than others.
