I just went out for my first run-it was......disappointing...I went up to the top of our lane,it's probably only half a mile there and back,and I only managed to actually run about a third of it....please tell me thats not unusual (and no Tom Jones jokes please!)
Plan a long walk, say 4 or 5 miles, and do small runs within it....its working for me. I could walk 20 miles easy but couldnt run more than 10o metres without emergency treatment. That is gradually improving.
:D stay wonky

That was over two days Snags, bit tired on Sunday morning though.....but once I got warmed up it was really good.
I would still be impressed if it was over two weeks. :rotfl:
I really don't enjoy walking (unless it's hand in hand with someone nice over the hills
)
I admire anyone who can walk long distances. You miss so much when you are in a car.
