    SRM are you doing it in little blocks say 3 minutes and then walk for 1. The usual approach is to work it up and to be kind to yourself:) I currently feel like a bit of a heffalump - can run for 15 minutes but feeling very heavy!

    I don't suppose it helps that our lane is a fairly decent upslope....at least it's downhill on the way back!
    I am determined not to have another summer that I can't get into my lovely summer stuff-and more importantly my long frocks for the QM2 trip! I will be dog walking with friend tues/wed/thur (about 1 hour daily,in forest,lots of hills) followed by boot camp (75mins) on tues and thurs. Rest of the week I shall either X trainer for 40 mins, or run a bit depending on how that goes...sound like a plan?
    Debt-free...and staying that way...
