I don't see the appeal with mobile phones either, I know some people are really into them and for them it's a fashion statement thing!

I guess so........someone at work said they had bought an iphone and couldn't now live without it. They said their favourite app was being able to chuck a bit of paper into the bin on screen.........definitely worth the £35 per month then.....

I'm half and half there. I've had my phone for years and it still works fine (though it needs charging nearly every night) but I'd love an iPhone. I don't need one, but I really, really want one.

I'm the same though really ghost. I've had my phone about 5 years and it needs daily charging. Every couple of months I start drooling over phones (I wouldn't have an iphone though, I think there are better, less publicised models out there) but then I read the reviews and think that my phone is still better than some new ones out now!
The only big reason I really would like to upgrade is the screen size. My phone has a tiny colour one and I'm on the t-mobile £10 a month unlimited texts and internet useage tariff and the screen is really diddy to look online!!

Well,I've been and retrieved my car from the Indian DH left it in last night after a wee drinky too many, I've done the ironing, just 2 weeks to go before schools back-and I'm bored stiff already!
Buff-don't know why but I have a thing for hoarding too ... my Nan had it, then it skipped a generation and I have it now. My freezer is always bursting at the seams so it's impossible to see what I've got in there, my store cupboards are collapsing under the weight of tinned items-there must be 15 tins of beans alone in there, same with soups..just in case I need them...I have 4 new pairs of jeans "for when I need them"...cupboard in bathroom heaving with soap, shampoo etc too ...freaky....
Maybe I'm just nuts.Debt-free...and staying that way...0 -
DH got an all singing, all dancing phone as an upgrade last week.....he can't use it though, it's so complicated...he's trying to get his old one repaired now..
(Although that really amazes me,as he could figure out how to work a jumbo jet, but not a Nokia.......go figure....!!)Debt-free...and staying that way...0 -
It's properly dark here now, I bet it's doing to pizzle it down in a minute

I'm completely confused already with the days, I woke up at 9am thinking Eeek I should be at parkrun and then remembered oh it's Friday
SRM you can do my ironing
