Surely it is quite simple:
Get a job, not a loan
Don't spend more than you bring in.
Voila - you will graduate debt free. It worked for me the first time round...April Grocery Challenge £81/£1200 -

Those articles are appauling. Badly written and factually incorrect. Advising people to put money into premium bonds!? Can students find nothing better to invest in? There is no mention of ISAs and they advertise the lowest priced share dealing with no article reference. As for 4 hours of lectures a week; I have 4 a day plus tutorials!
