I'm currently going through the switching process to NPower but wondering if I've done the right thing after reading many threads relating to the gas sculpting issue.

I've checked the tariff I've signed up to and it only has a primary gas unit rate of 2.13p per day (as well as a standing charge of 40.274p per day) - it doesn't have a secondary unit rate. Does this mean this tariff won't be subject to any of the sculpting problems others have reported?

Apologies if this question has been asked previously, I've done lots of reading but haven't found a similar question.

Thanks very much
Tracey

The price remains the same throughout the year. The difference is that you pay a daily standing charge.

Thanks for replying Gary. That's how I was reading it but was wary after reading all the threads about NPower.
