Again.....another moneysaver trying to 'bend' the rules. If the occupancy is two max then that's it! You'll have to try & get somewhere else to stay. I personally think you've been a bit foolish to book the flight with nowhere to stay. Would you 'bunk-in' to a Hotel room booked & payed for for 2 pax in the UK? I think not. If you are caught in the room they'll either a)-throw you out, b)-call police. Regulations are regulations-WHY do so many people on this board think they're above these rules & are always trying to 'bend the rules'/get something for nothing'??!

Ok, I am offended by this....

My SIX year old daughter will not go without me.
I was asking for thoughts and advice.

Yet "another" moneysaver having a go.......

  • And, to clarify.....

I have contacted the agent - there are 2 beds in the room, but will not sanction me to stay.
I am not trying to gain a cheap holiday - I AM WILLING TO PAY THE FULL PRICE.
As I said, my daughter will now not go without me, so, I'm trying whatever it takes.

Maybe I should cancel the holiday

yes-I'm sure your six year old daughter won't go without you (& I sympathise-truly!) BUT six year old daughter or not you CAN'T go in a room that will only sleep 2 people.

No offence intended but rules are rules-which is why you'd have been better to 100% check the room situ out BEFORE booking the flight. I'd try & get another room there (or near) if I were you. There is no way around it! What dates are you going/for how long-might be able to point you in the direction of a web-site/agent that can find you a room? If the Agent says 'no' & Hotel says no you really really do not want to risk it-they'll kick you out & could call the police. What would happen if there WAS afire & the Hotel was found to have 3 in the room?

Let us know your dates & myself/other bods will try & advise on availability. There's moneysaving & there are rules (for health & safety)-no way around it I'm afraid!
  • Ok, I understand that- I just panicked and booked the flight in mummy mode.
I do feel rather foolish now and scared.I was offended by claim that I was bending the rules to save money

Ok, so, guys, i need a room for 7 nights 7th - 14th August in Fuengirola.
I'd be really grateful if someone would help me out.

    Many Thanks
