Get a personal loan from your bank (see the relevant part of MSE for best rates), then buy from your preferred supplier. If you take finance through a retailer, you are paying their commission, unless you can find an interest free deal.No free lunch, and no free laptop0

Or get a credit card with 0% on spending and no fee. And make sure that you have budgeted to be able to afford the payments. You'll definately get a better deal on a 'cash price' than on finance, even if it's a 0% loan. Just check round the net for the best prices for your model so you know you're not being ripped off.0

I agree with almillar, if you can get a 0% purchase credit card - this will be your best option as you can then shop around and buy the laptop wherever it is cheapest.
You'll also get some purchase protection under Section 75 if you buy with a credit card too - just remember you have to buy it directly from the seller, not via Paypal or Amazon Marketplace or you won't be protected.0
