iii.co.uk or hargreaves landsdown for funds?

Options
Righto, after reading loads on here, I need some S&S ISA advice please. Here's the situation....

I currently have a Halifax self-select S&S ISA with one US-listed company's shares in it (because of a Shareshave scheme).

But I want to spread the risk by selling half of the shares and buying some funds. I also want to switch away from Halifax because they charge an ISA fee for doing nothing.

But which of the supermarkets is cheapest? iii or HL? Ideally I want to set up the portfolio and only tinker with it once a year.

Any help appreciated.

Shares will probably be cheaper at iii, funds will be cheaper at HL. Fortunately you should be able to split the ISA and open accounts with both providers, should you choose to do so.
