Thank you for your reply on the flylady thread. Unfortunatly i couldnt pm you for some reason, Im going to have to decline your offer to email you as there isnt enough space for my complaint (i think ive wrote a book instead of a letter :rotfl:). Everything has been resolved now but i just want to make the company aware in general of the experience we have had.
