my deal has just been autorised so i will get a refund when i came back. This is my number three and they pay back within a week or so.

Another glitch on their site comes to booking a second room. When you put in the dates it gives you an option for a second room, but however, when you check out on the website, you will find it covers onlu one car, so in theory you pay 2 x hotel rooms plus 2 x parking, but you only get 2 x hotel rooms and 1 x parking, meaning 99% chance the website is overcharging you as a standard room without parking is a heck of a lot cheaper since HE charge you 2 x hotel and parking rate.

    Anyway, keep spotting.

I think the Bristol single room at the town and country is still a goer all year and includes return taxi tfrs,

So i have found 1 room with parking and one with out for £20 cheaper at britania. Would I get the refund? Their room says "a free bottle of wine included" will this get them out of it. Sounds like a great deal thank you in advance:)

Looking again the wine is only free if you order a meal for two.

Doubt you will get a refund.

By the sounds of your post the rooms are different - ie. one includes parking and the other doesn't.

the free wine is a herring. it doesnt form part of the deal. the deal is parking and a room.

you can book 1 x double and 1 x twin room. remember with HE to a) book their deal with cancellation protection (so you lose "2,49 if it goes wrong. and b) when chatting live, make sure they confirm they have seen the lower rate... good luck
