Dunfermline 3%?

I've done a bit of research and found a one year fixed rate 3% ISA with Dunfermline but am surprised no one else has mentioned it on here. It lets in transfers, includes a normal penalty if you withdraw before the year's up (which I won't) and it appears that you can add in desposits throughout the year (this is the most important part for me and it seems like you can).
Just a bit wary that i haven't read anything about it, am I missing something? Or can you point me to anything similar with an even better one year fixed rate?
Thanks.

There was a couple of posts about it’s rates back in February, however, Dunfermline had to be rescued from going bust in 2009. Although it has now been taken over by Nationwide, perhaps savers have been put off by it’s past record?

However, I’m interested in it, have visited the branch, have the forms, and might transfer my ISA to it, unless something better comes up shortly.
