A Guiseley to Leeds Monthly Season ticket is £75.30.

Combine that with the cheaper season from Leeds to Manchester that I mentioned earlier, £143.70 per month, gives a total of £219.00.
You need to ask at a station, or ask National Rail Enquiries, what the restrictions are on that cheaper ticket. It may well be suitable, but it may not.
