This is a system change though, not a straight combi swap.

30/60 minutes to remove a backboiler.
same for a DHW cylinder.
an extra hour to connect the combi to the ch system.

try as i might, i cant see another 1000 quid.

Easy to take out a cylinder, Back boiler or water tank, Difficult part is not ruining the customers fixtures and fittings with the likes of black sludge

Then theres the lifting of the floors, Easy to rip up the floors badly

Notching of joists and fixing supports for pipework

Power flushing and water treatment to ensure efficent and reliable life

Cheap jobs are cheap for a reason, Unskilled, Uncaring labour cutting corners.....Does the customer really win??
