No i didnt prance around spending the money on shiny things when i didnt get the funds from my tenant and i lost my full time employment and the wife was made redundant i used to keep a roof over our head yes i did spent the money but f theres a change of paying back less interest or anything then id like to know if its even possible, lenders have a code they must follow if there credit check says this person can only be lent 2.7k so they give me 2.7k when i already owe 2.5k you dont think thats irresponsible? That comes under unfair lending as with giving credit to someone without the means to pay ie out of work if you have nothing productive to say post your crap elsewhere. I come here to see if anybody has experienced this or knows more about it, im sure if you saw you could claim back overdraft fees or ppi pmts you wouldnt turn your nose up at it?

So do you think it would have been better if they had not lent you the money and you had lost the roof over your head?

Not the banks fault you and the wife lost your jobs
There is nothing underhand or irresponsibility from the banks going on here!
This is someone that hasn't read what they were signing up for and blaming everyone else for their own stupidity.

You spent the money and now want it back. Would you not class yourself as attempting theft? I would.

And why tell people not to 'post their crap' when that is all you have done (badly) throughout this thread.
