Ok so i had a flexi hsbc loan at 2500 limit i go into branch asked for 200.00 increase the guy says ok my limit is 2700 he can do that and will put in act, i check bal as also awaiting funds from a tenant and my workplace my mistake i pay around 1k to mort arrears i find out the bank put 2700 in act opening a whole new loan for 2700 i know i spent this but surely them giving a loan over there limit and not even asking for it would come under miselling or unfair lending?

Please can you use punctuation. Your post is illegible. What is the question?

OP, you obviously have an issue with your lender for some unfathomable reason, and more than likely are looking for excuses to justify not paying it back or you wouldn't even be posting the type of message you did.

The only advice I can give you is to move over to the DFW board, assuming you are actually struggling to pay your creditors. Over the you will get...

    1. Plenty of allowance for your obvious limited grasp of our native language.
    2. Lots of cuddles.

Alternatively you can stay here and ponder over how ridiculous your original post sounds.

Surely if you spent the extra by mistake as you were waiting on funds from a tenant and your workplace, then once they went in you were back on track?

Or did you just see the extra money and decide to go buy shiny things, hoping they wouldn't ask for it back?

I am beginning to see why people on here end up so cynical and bordering on rude, when reading this tripe so often.
