Me too,
All seems very quiet on the OP's front. Would really like to know if they have received their itemised bill yet, and if it is for the full amount and also what network the handset was on."A simple life freely chosen is a source of strength. This was the fourth, and last, post by the OP. (All dated 2nd August)
Has somebody been winding us up or am I just cynical?0 -

Makes you wonder doesn't it? 02 restricted my calls when I was £15.00 over the limit - I was in Italy at the time, so it obviously doesn't take that long for Network Providers to catch up on usage.I am NOT, nor do I profess to be, a Qualified Debt Adviser. I have made MANY mistakes and have OFTEN been the unwitting victim of the the shamefull tactics of the Financial Industry.
If any of my experiences, or the knowledge that I have gained from those experiences, can help anyone who finds themselves in similar circumstances, then my experiences have not been in vain.

I'm flabbergasted too. I suspect this is a story that many journalists would llike to cover - about irresponsibility of the mobile companies. It may help get rid of the bill when pressure is put on them too. Its not my type of story but I'd be happy to pass it on if you would like. However beware that means your daughter would be featured on this - and that isn't necessarily what you want.
If you would llike me to pass the story on - please send me a PM (personal message) with your name and phone number.

I am at a loss as to what to think at the moment. Thank you all for your replies and help, Steve
