Faulty TV from Amazon.co.uk

Why so rude. Any reasonable person would expect a TV to last longer than 1 1/2 years.
theres a difference between knowing what a tv should last, and WHY it did not last. That is what the report is needed for, who is to say somebody hasnt spilt something on the tv without the op knowing?Back by no demand whatsoever.0 -
I don't disagree with getting a proper report to diagnose the fault, that's not what I was getting at. What I was questioning was the advice given to the OP that he "should get some general statements from TV engineers giving the acceptable lifetime of this sort of TV". Waste of time, imho, just get a proper fault report done.4743hudsonj wrote: »theres a difference between knowing what a tv should last, and WHY it did not last.
