The shop assistant obviously resides on clound nine, the "no change given rule" applies to the voucher only ie you spend 85p and hand over the 1.00 voucher you will not get your fifteen pence change this is to prevent people from turning vouchers into cash, by complaining and then purchasing the lowest value item in the store with the proceeds of their complaint. The assistant is guilty of one of two things, being a total tvvat and intentionally causing you grief by deliberately misintepreting the wording on the voucher or just a total tvvat for not understanding a simple sentence.Four guns yet only one trigger prepare for a volley.Together we can make a difference.0
