Another phone recommendation question

I know this question has been asked probably hundreds of times, but I'm looking for everyones opinion on what phone I can get. Basically as a present to myself for getting a new job, I thought I would treat myself to a new phone.
I currently have the SE K800i, which I have had for ages and ages and before that I had another SE. I've been with T-mob for years and am currently on a really good retentions package with them. Never had a problem with their service, or reception.
My only requirements are, a really good camera with good flash (this is the main reason I have had for sticking with SE these past 5 years) and internet access (email).
Don't have a problem with switching to another phone company.
Don't mind spending up to £25 a month, but at the upper level would need a really good contract.
Your thoughts would be very welcome.
