Hilarious! People in my area are increasing their asking price!

Nutrisse!!! I MISSED you. There hasn't been a completely pointless abuse report for aaaaaaaaaaaaaages.
My world is complete again.
That aside : erf ellad cergot? No, I know that doesn't make any sense - but it ought to be reported, surely.0 -
I'm sure someone else has mentioned this, but the mods and (presumably) a lot of the people who receive the inital abuse reports will be volunteers. Is it really fair to be swamping them with report after report that isn't even remotely considerable as 'abuse'?
In addition to this, there may be posts or threads on this site that are genuinely unacceptable, against the forum rules and might be upsetting to people who read them. You reporting every post under the sun as abuse means that the real posts that do need reporting and looking at probably don't get looked at so quickly.
So why don't you grow up and stop it? Having said all this, I'm sure you won't, and I imagine this post will be reported for abuse very shortly...
And I should jolly well hope so.
Coming on these forums with intelligent posts - how DARE you.
I WOULD report you pronto myself if Nutrisse wouldn't be doing so at this very moment.
What a VERY strange possum this Nutrisse is.....0 -

Waiting a couple more months to see what it actually sold for but wont be surprised if it is about 16% higher than the asking / valuation price.

But yours is in Scotland, where the "offers over" system is totally different from the "asking price" system in England. It's not suprising for Scottish houses to go for more than the "offers over" price - that's what's supposed to happen. For an English house to go for more than the asking price is a lot more significant as an indicator of what the market is doing.
Where I am (a town in SW England) there are loads of 3-bed houses on the market, and they are mostly going under the asking price. However, the 4-bed houses are so few and far between that there's a lot of competition for them, so some are going for ridiculous prices, and others are wildly over optimistically priced in the hope of doing the same. The result is that the differential is getting bigger and bigger.
I want a 4-bed, and ought to be able to afford it with my life insurance payout, but there's nothing on the market that I like and can afford, so I'm buying a 3-bed and extending it. I'm going to end up with a 4-bed for a lot less than I'd have to pay to buy one already completed.
Do you know anyone who's bereaved? Point them to https://www.AtaLoss.org which does for bereavement support what MSE does for financial services, providing links to support organisations relevant to the circumstances of the loss & the local area. (Link permitted by forum team)
Tyre performance in the wet deteriorates rapidly below about 3mm tread - change yours when they get dangerous, not just when they are nearly illegal (1.6mm).
Oh, and wear your seatbelt. My kids are only alive because they were wearing theirs when somebody else was driving in wet weather with worn tyres.

Not when the offers over price is already the same as the mortgage valuation on the home report.

Whatever.
As you can't even be bothered to post in your own normal username why should anyone pay any attention to you?
You are not even consistent in your abuse reports..
I suggest you start reporting in your own MSE identity & start being consistent.
But then again that would mean reporting yourself & the "nice people" you hang about with.

You don't think he's really reporting these posts do you?
No, it's just a highly amusing fictitious report I'd imagine. Oh my aching sides.0 -

THAT was uncalled for. Shame on you, Jonny.
It totally destroyed my highly enjoable image of a completely-off-her-rocker forum member feverishly perusing MSE boards at break neck speed for some transgression.... or whatever the heck it is that they are transfixed by and obessed with.
I embrace deranged posters. They make life unintentionally more colourful. Plus....it's "adopt a loon" month. Call me "mummy", Nutrisse!0
