Samsung has a better hardware (especially an AMOLED, capacitive touch screen) but being Symbian the 5800 is going to be better supported app-wise.0

Thanks for that but i dont have a clue what you are saying
"an AMOLED, capacitive touch screen"
"Symbian"
I take it the Noklia is best?
I have the new X6 and i think the 5800 is one down from it.Spending my time reading how to fix PC's,instead of looking at Facebook.0 -
:rotfl:
AMOLED is the next gen of screen types, it uses less power, is brighter, better colours, deeper blacks.
Capacitive (like your X6) is a much more sensitive touch screen; it requires the slightest touch of a finger to register input, where as resistive needs a more forceful tap. Very easy to tell the difference.
Symbian S60 = The operating system on the 5800 (and your X6), a bit antiquated, but still popular.
If you don't care about adding lots of programs to the handset, then opt for the Samsung, it's massively ahead in all other areas.
Technology wise, it's ahead of your X6 too (higher resolution AMOLED screen, faster processor, more RAM).0 -
Okay thank you for that
and i thought a phone was for making phone calls ;0) LOL
Thanks againSpending my time reading how to fix PC's,instead of looking at Facebook.0 -
