  • Looks like a case of QED , there then, it sounds like defraggler, however in Win 7 msoft might be on the right track, as for Vista i forgot how that works (or doesn't) the day I downloaded 7 beta :cool:

    How odd, I had this happen to mine too - I did put a thread on a few weeks about it and I had exactly the same figures as you! 58% and getting stuck at 26% for hours. Very odd, but then it suddenly said it was completed.

    I think I'll give up on Defraggler for now. Might run it in a month or so and see what happens then.

    As the pc's are al running fine with no slowness, and Auslogics and MS both say I don't need to defrag, then I'm happy with that. Just a little disappointed that a program that is so highly thought of on here didn't work for me.
