ISA Transfers from multiple ISAs?

Hi all,
First time posting, I've had a search but I can't seem to find the answer to my query.
Both my wife and I have ISAs - and we're planning on either putting in the max next year, or opening another two accounts with a different provider should their rate be more attractive than our current providers.
My question is, the following tax year after the next one (i.e. 2011 - 2012) if we're able to find a provider that offers a decent rate, can we transfer in to this new provider, from the two previous provider accounts that we'd have?
For example:
Let's say I have an ISA with Barclays, and use up the cash limit in 2009/10.
2010/11 comes along, and I open one with Natwest. We use up the cash limit in this one.
2011/12 is here, and RBS offer an attractive option that allows transfers in. Can I transfer the £3600 + interest from Barclays, and the £5100 + interest into the RBS ISA that allows transfers in? I'm right in thinking that you can have one ISA a year, from different providers, yes?
Thank you.

You certainly can transfer in once each ISA matures.
you need to fill in a form, should take up to 30 days.0 -
Thanks - I wasn't sure if transfers were limited to/from one product.0
