Will still pop in, got an appointment at 12.30, no doubt we won't be in there long by the sounds of it though, lol!

Good luck and let us know how you get on:)

Will do, thank you for your help :) At least I can now go and be prepared to be turned away, lol.
  • If I where you no matter what lltsb say would open a account with a bank which is not one of your creditors.
You might find if you have open another account with them they will take money out of this to pay of the debts on the old accounts where if your account is elsewhere they can not touch it.

    Hi Sam

Hope you get things sorted with the bank today.

I would probably open a basic bank account just to be on the safe side as Doucam suggested, even if you end up not using it its there as a fall back if things dont work out with Lloyds.

Good luck hun and will email soon to catch up

I would be very surprised if the coop declined you, they actually refer a lot of applications now so I would not worry about it, you will be fine.

    Thank you everyone :)
I know DH was hoping to go BR in April, but he wondered if it were best he plan it for end of May or something, just so he gets time to transfer everything across to CO-OP if that's the case, trouble is it's how long the creditors are going to hold off for?!
