Many of my posts do indeed rile the bears on here, most of whom seem to fail to understand that the bottom of the market (both housing and stock markets) passed over 12 months ago, and we are now in growth mode.

Still, never mind, keep holding on for that next house price crash. There is one due in about 12 - 15 years: make sure you don't miss your buying opportunity then !!!

Your posts do not rile the bears, although that comment does indicate you are more interested in trolling, they are simply irrelevant background noise.

No one denies we are now in growth mode.

I have a house that is virtually paid off. I am happy with it. I have no interest in a House Price Crash as it would reduce my asset value. I certainly do not want to buy a house again. You always jump to the same conclusion about people who disagree with you.

The issue I have is your double standards and hypocrisy in complaining about trolls when your posts are no different. All rewired does is thank posters he/she agrees with. What is wrong with that.

I PM'd you twice. Once to ask you who you thought my alias was as you made a nonsensical accusation with no basis in face and a second time to take a potential flame war off the board as you had attacked me for no reason in a thread. I felt that a reasonable thing to do.

Given that I stated the reason in the PM's your claim that there was no reason was plainly wrong and typical of your brilliant forensic analysis you bring to bear.

Your reply was to post that I had PM's you and to whine and cry about it on the board so I left it at that.

I would not say twice in the year and a bit I have been here is close to "often", I would have said "infrequently" would be more appropriate.
