Help finding current value of a S & S ISA

I took out a stocks and shares ISA just before the 9/11 attack on the twin towers, when the stockmarket fell quite a bit. This was through the then Woolwich and the money was invested in the L & G (Barclays) MM UK Alpha Fund Cl A (Acc).
Other than my annual statement, I don't really know how this fund is performing. I have googled it but I am not a financial wizz-kidd (if fact neither a wizz nor a kid!) so I can't find anywhere that gives me an up-to-date Unit/share price for this specific fund.
Can anyone hep me identify where I might be able to track the value of this fund?
Thanks in anticipation
