Sky vouchers still missing!

I subscribed to Sky Hd about 6 months ago when they were offering £50 of Tesco vouchers. Now the offer said after a month I'd receive them. They didn't turn up and I've written 4 emails since. Each time the reply says Sky has definitely this time sent them out but still no vouchers! What can I do as it's quick a lot?

Had this problem a couple of years back. Emails did not work had to ring them up twice then they still said i had received them, but with me getting by now very angry spoke to someone who apologized and sent me them.0
