sky magic eye problem, rf2 poor pic upstairs

can anyone help please?
i have sky + and a magic eye to the upstairs bedroom tv, the picture is perfect downstairs, yet very poor/snowy upstairs.
all was fine this morning.
even weirder is the father in laws is exactly the same, his was ok yesterday too.
the rf power is on etc, all cables are ok, turned the box on and off.
i even rang sky and they couldnt help.
strange its happened at 2 different addresses overnight,
any helps appreciated.

Maybe something new is being transmitted on the same frequency your boxes are outputting RF, goto the installers menu:

Change the RF channel number +-2, upper end 68-69 should be OK, retune TV upstairs.0
