Just got an email from topcashback. Meaning if you get a £25 contract, it'll cost £8.34 (to the nsf). but it's only for "iPhone and BlackBerry specific sim only tariffs".

I think so, also a different advertisment shows anything over £25pm 12 Month SIM only counts as £200 cashback.
