ryanair check in

As a first time user of Ryanair I am very wary of not making any mistakes after reading lots of reviews.
I checked in yesterday for myself, husb and two children and printed off boarding passes for outward and return flights.
Today I have recd an e-mail from ryanair to remind me to check in,is this a standard e-mail?
Have I Completed check in as I have printed boarding passes?
Thanks for any advice anyone can give.

Having got past that stage, suggest you make a copy so you have 2 copies (1 each).

Next is your luggage, double check the size/weight of your hand luggage because if it is oversize/weight Ryanair will make to put it as hand luggage which will cost loads. Also check the weight of your checked luggage and remember you cannot 'pool' the allowance, each case has to be under the limit. Again lots of £££££s if you go over.

All that said I have used them loads of times with no problems.
