Vrigin mobile PAC code incorrect

Hi

I've requested a pac code from virgin and gave it to my new service provider but the code desn't seem to be working - it's not linked to the number that i want to transfer and i keep going around in circles- to make matters worse i've got a bill from the new provider and still being charged from my current - regardless i'm getting frustrated.

Has anyone got a number for virgin head office -customer relations who can sort this out asap for me.

The dept that issue pac's is called NMP you could try asking for them direct, they should be able to confirm if the pac's correct or not . . .
