hi everyone
I have recieved a home shopping order from asda today  which most of the fresh products are dated display 29th march
also fresh meat has been put in bags with cleaning products thats bust. I have contacted them and was told they were not resending these out again and a manger would ring me back from the store. I have just recieved the call back and could not really make some of wot the man said out as his english was not good i asked him to repeat it and got a mouth full and told not to disrespect him
i was taking back by this and called a clown and told asda dont like moans like me and i wont be refunded as i complained before can i do anything about this. People need to be aware of the standard of food they are sending out to people.
thanks

In your situation I would contact the local store and insist on an appointment to discuss this with the local Manager. I would take somebody with me to witness what was said. If this didn't get a sensible result I would be writing to Head Office - might do that anyway if I was sufficiently anoyed at the first phone call to me !
Can' see it matters a toss that you've complained before - that just emphasises that the store has unsatisfactory standards if its happened before!ELITE 5:2

Complain higher up the chain. Take photos of the out of date products and broken ones and email them to the Asda head office along with details of (exactly) how you were spoken to by the person in the store.0

Thats disgusting. I have never done home shopping with Asda, although I'm signed up with them. I normally buy online from Tesco's, as their customer service is excellent, and everything is well within date.
As suggested, take photos, and make a complaint higher up. Get the name of the unhelpful manager you spoke to.0 -

The last 3 times i ordered from Asda they did exactly the same thing! V Sneaky and i've a family of 4 to feed for the week...
I called the store manager & in the end he refunded the payment for all the goods sent with the instant best before date. But this manager sounds like a muppet to be honest.
Get onto head office and send photo's etc and make sure you include the name of the manager!!0
