If these aren't right then no-one gets cake.

    Tins2.jpg

    They look very small..... :o

They do look a bit small, would of been better with the sides a bit taller. But they should be fine, the mix will just dome at the top I should imagine. Not a problem.

As they ain't got removeable bottoms it may be worth putting greaseproof paper in the bottom or as rikki says grease them really well!!
I live in my own little world, but it's ok as everyone knows me here :)

Why yes. Yes it will. :D
If you lend someone a tenner and never see them again, it was probably worth it.

Right, so I've swapped the too big tins for the too small tins. Any suggestions as to what I do next? Perhaps someone could post a picture of some tins that would be suitable for making the chocolate yoghurt cake? Then I might at least have some sort of clue what I'm doing. :(

i cant do photos but i have just looked in the cupboard and mine are non stick loose bottomed tins 8" by 13/4" deep i bought these when delia said to use deeper tins, before that i used the shallower ones and they worked okay its just that the cake will rise more in a deeper tin, i think you had ones on your list at £2.99 i said would be fine

Lakeland These are mine. They are expensive but I've had them over 10 years so they have more than paid for themselves.

This may seem like a strange question. What size is the yoghurt pot or cream pot for that matter? In ml's.
