Could you possibly redo your SOA using the link below and the post it up again and we will have a look at it, the allowances in an IVA are different to BR, eg you are not allowed Sky on your BR SOA.

someone will go through things properly with you but I don't think you are allowed money for entertainment or presents, but you are allowed a small amount for a holiday.
Things like sky would have to come out of your surplus if you wanted to keept it and others have already said about your phone costs.
just a couple of things that i noticed but I am still quite new so someone else will go though it in more detail
