bmi on-line check-in problems please help

just gone to check in online for our flights this thursday. i've already entered passport details last week and received confirmation that they had been entered. Went through the first couple of sections and got the seats allocated but then it said i couldn't proceed because it needed passenger info. I can of course re-enter it but bit worried that information I entered last week hasn't gone onto their system? thanks

Try sticking it in again, it can't do any harm. Failing that, contact customer services on 01332 648181 and they should be able to help you out.

P.S, Online check-in opens 24HRS before the flight leaves, I assume you mean your flight is tomorrow?!

BMI Baby??

sorry I meant BMI Baby - was in a panic. I've rung them and they said you did have to put them in again which I have done. I've printed off the boarding cards but my printer has knocked off a little bit off the LHS of the paper so it just misses a tiny bit of the barcode at the bottom although the larger barcode at the top is there in its entirely. do you theink I'll b Ok. sorry I've never flown with BMI Baby before and a bit nervous. also anyone know is it terminal 1 at CDG for their flights - once flew with jet 2 and got off train at wrong terminal on way back and we had to get on a bus to another terminal and it took forever. thanks
