Vodafone cutting me off

Hi,

I've had major problems with Vodafone, I recently got a new iphone with them this is when all the problems started.

Vodafone, seem to think I have two iphones even after telling them repeatedly that I dont, they are now trying to charge me £300 upon calling them this reduced to £219 which was taken out of my account.

I have tried using my phone today to contact them and low and behold I have been cut off. I have explained my situation to them and was promised that someone would get back to me. That was last week, my Partner is in hospital suffering from a brain anurism and I really dont need this stress.

Can anyone suggest anything that I could do to get this sorted.

Thanks in advance

But totally different departments. What I would do is register on the Vodafone eForum, then leave a message there for one of the moderators to contact you. You should then receive an email after a short time (allow 2 days, as they're busy guys).
They will then arrange to contact you by phone and you should then be able to explain your situation, and hopefully they'll sort you out.;)
