Sorry I thought you maybe hadn't ordered from Debenhams before and didn't realise it was just the standard confirmation that you've placed an order not the acceptance as you say.

I think most Mser's know that Debenhams stock levels are iffy (don't think they are updated in real time) and they don't have a history of honouring glitches - more cancelling orders.

Hope those that ordered get lucky this time though

I cant even get the link to add it to my basket now, so they have def spotted it, clue must have been it that they have shifted probably about £2 Million of stock this morning, all on BBQ's when it is raining outside LOL

I just spoke to a guy from Debenhams customer services, he advised that they were aware of the glitch and they are trying to resolve it at the mo. He said that the majority will be cancelled, however there may be a few that get them honoured at this price... Fingers crossed.
