Ending my V+HD Service

I am moving house soon and where I am moving to isn't a cable area so I am cancelling my virgin services and going with Sky instead.
Do I have to return the virgin stuff (V+HD box, standard Virgin box (for multiroom), and modem)?
The reason I am asking is because we have a lot recorded on the V+HD box which would be handy keeping to save having to copy it all to DVD.
Thanks

Thanks. Do I have to do this at my expense or do they pay for collection?0

You have to return the boxes or you will be charged something like £250 per box depending on type.If you're charged & dont pay, return the box,it's passed on to a debt collector which may affect your credit file.
Normally the boxes are collected free of charge by an outside agency.0 -
Thanks for the tip. Obviously, with their being no cable in my new house, the equipment is almost useless. You have to return the boxes or you will be charged something like £250 per box depending on type.If you're charged & dont pay, return the box,it's passed on to a debt collector which may affect your credit file.

Can anyone suggest a quicker way to get all my recorded content off the V+HD box before I send it back or will I have to manually record it to DVD?
Thanks0 -
Do you have a hard drive recorder? You can line up your programmes to play out automatically using your V+ box. Use the record to VCR function. Just leave it running overnight."...IT'S FRUITY!"0
