    OP, can you not just estimate by eye the area of the blown/missing render in square metres? The internal wall size isn't really relevant.
    But a pic would be best.
    No free lunch, and no free laptop ;)

    so you expect people to give you a price without looking at the job , my guess would be anywhere between £500 - 5000

    A picture isn't really going to help, as the report said 'off-key, blown and missing render on 4 elevations'. A pic isn't going to reveal blown areas...

    Firstly - I apologise for my lack of knowledge and ability to provide the information that would have enable you to provide a guesstimate.

    I've now had quotes in and the work will be under £600.

    If any of you are builders / specialists in the Northwood / Middlesex area please pm your details for future reference.
