ok here goes
had loans with loyds tsb in 2000-2003 say that had mis sold ppi on them
i have written off about this
will i get this back or is it too long ago to claim

Good luck with your reclaims.
You still have a chance.
Keep at them, if they try fobbing you off with something like "you must have been aware because you signed the agreement" blah blah then that is standard, keep at them is best, you do still have every chance.
Please keep us posted, hopefully they will resolve in your favour first time round, but if not write back to them again until they issue you with the final response and this should also include details with the leaflet - Financial ombudsman service (FOS), LLoyds TSB were members of GISC prior to the FSA who taken over in Jan 2005, and I also believe they were members at the time you taken the loans out too by these, so the FOS will be able to investigate.;)

i recieved a reply saying somthing about they have recevied my letter and have signed a case worker or summitlike that
is this standard letter then

They can be sooner but if you hear nothing by 8 weeks or have not resolved in your favour, then you should then be able to move on to the Financial ombudsman service (FOS) they normally give details of these in the final response.
