It was too good to go to waste. I'm hoping they extend the time on the other one we discussed as I could do it on Monday.
It's gone now. I woulda done it if OH would have had LO but as he's been off for 10 days he moaned that he need a rest!
I have the squawking, botty changes and endless feeding every day! :rotfl:Did my Helion jobs today - four went great, one closed down. I could do those all day of the week! just applied for four more.
how's everyone coping with the easter holidays?
Glad they went OK.
Max is great - I had to ring today because I had stated I would do my jobs on Fridat but as I've been invited out for lunch I wanted to do them tomorrow.
So, even though you specifiy a date on the Helion website you can do the jobs anytime before the deadline date.
I see nothing local to me that's on the Alerts Thread!A very busy Yummy Mummy to a 1 year old gorgeous boy :smileyhea

They've been on the jobs board! Lets just say my negotiating skills even surprised ME last week (I'm known to be a rather ruthless negotiator!)
:-)
Can't name company client or fee but all I'll say is never be afraid to name your price.

Take it how you want, but I had no inside info, we all had the alert about them, I simply had the audcaity to offer to do it, but at my price and they agreed.
I even pitched my offer higher than I would've done it for, as I was expecting them to negotiate down, but they didn't even bother, they just agreed.0 -

Hi HS,
A lot of hard work over five years. I spent many an hour and day slogging over the computer fully researching the industry. I set myself targets of where I want to be by the end of each year. I also had to be willing to train and diversify into Video Mystery Shopping which pays much more.
As one poster said, merchandising, auditing and compliance which I also do. I also work for a company photographing bill boards to check QC of new campaigns (This fits in well because I'm on the road already).
Nobody told me which companies to apply for or who pays well, I had to do the leg-work myselfI'll just say that I earn much much more than my old employed job and my hours are my own to schedule.
I don't recommend that anyone gives up their every day job hoping that this industry will keep them afloat because it won't unless you have planned it all properly. You must work hard and Research, plan, then research some more in detail, making sure you have enough work to pay at least 20% more than your current salary. You need to build reputation and trust with the companies so that each and every allocator knows exactly who you are, what your name is and where in the country you live.
Sorry if you were hoping for names of companies, how to plan it all and income etc, but this industry is highly competitive. However, there are some names of Mystery shopping companies on the first page of this thread.
Good Luck0 -
