    Hi

Im just wondering if anyone knows what this is.

Ive been invited for a panel, but i dont know how to describe it without giving the name away. :(

But its from another company that i do a lot of online things with, but just wondered what it was. Its something to do with webcam recordings.

Hope somebody can understand who/what im going on about as its so hard without mentioning the name of it:D

    Thanks
I seen the invite....haven't done it before and never accepted as I got all shy cause you had to do it on webcam :o

May I ask for some help please? :o I have a couple of TNS supermarkets to do (have only done 1 of these before) and still can't work out which departments they ACTUALLY want me to visit!

The notes list all the possibilities and then mention different rotations etc and the first visit I did I checked every department on the list  took ages and then on input only wanted feedback from 2 of them.

Where does it list what is wanted? The first page details have extra counters you must visit the (if applicable) in brackets and above this a large list of departments (This is where I went wrong last time I followed this list):o

Help needed from the more experienced out there:)

I tried to work this out the last time I did these visits. Didnt get it 100% but was better than my first visit.

Look at the questionnaire. You need to do all the non rotation departments if your supermarket has them. List isnt always right but has always been to my benefit, i.e. check clothing and there isnt any, visit fish counter that isnt there. Dont forget the ones at the back of the questionnaire. Then look for the rotation you're doing and note those depts.

Also I've done the looking for a member of staff in each dept. I've gone round and round to find them to ask the questions. I dont now. If there's no-one there, just answer it as that. Makes the visit a lot easier.

So, you do the permanent no rotation depts that are in your store. And this months rotation depts.
  • Once you enter the link logon details, and then agree to the terms and conditions, you are shown a page entitled "Location Details". On that page it tells you the departments you need to cover.

I totally understand you! When I did the clothes shops for ESA, no purchase was required but I fell in love with so many things! Managed to restrict myself to just purchasing one top!

I'm thinking of changing the name on my personal shopping account to "Mrs Tractor Girl - Mystery Shopping Account" .. and then use the Switch card for all my MS-ing purchases!!!

Availability Audits Brief Availability Audits Brief I am doing a supermarket availability audit next week and this is the first one of these I have done and am just wondering if any of you more experienced people have any advise or guidance to offer regarding doing them? It is actually on a supermarket I use a fair bit so I know the layout of it which I hope will help.

I have about 200 items to check, roughly how long should I expect it to take, again I know this will depend on a lot of factors but roughly..

I am assuming that generally the manager (or whoever deals with you) are ok with you being there and doing the audit or do you tend to get resentment from them?

On another note I am doing a mobile phone “knowledge check” tomorrow, again the first one I have done and wondering what the best way is to introduce what you are doing to the staff member you approach. Is this something they expect to get or is it going to come totally out of the blue?

Thanks for your help with these – one day I hope to be experienced enough to be answering the questions not asking them..
